A wonderful place to stay, close to everything, which was really convenient. The garden was perfect with our son of 13 months: he could play there happily and safely. The apartment had every comfort you could want, even a handy shopping trolley and a high chair for our little one. We really enjoyed it and would definitely come back.

The only small point for us was the lack of blackout curtains in the bedroom on the garden side. Especially in the morning and during the day, that room gets quite bright.

A fantastic stay. Very clean, very well kept apartment. Everything is practical. Immaculate pool.

I recently stayed here for a week with three of my friends and we can’t recommend it enough. The apartment was so beautiful and modern, clean, and the complex was very quiet and well maintained too. The location was ideal for shops, restaurants and the beach. We never needed a taxi and walked everywhere, and it was close to the airport as well.

We’ll definitely be back, hopefully soon. Joris was also so helpful and attentive with all our questions. We can’t recommend him enough either!

The apartment is exactly as in the photos: everything is very clean and new, and the beds are comfortable. The air conditioning was much appreciated for cooling down after a long, hot day by the pool.

Joris responded very quickly to all our questions before and during our stay. The complex is centrally located and very clean. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. It has been renovated to a very high standard and is modern, stylish and very well maintained. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen and living room were fully equipped with everything we needed.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from all amenities, including the beach (great for families), bars and restaurants. The complex’s own pool was a great bonus too, and very clean and well kept.

We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend this apartment. We would love to stay here again!

Three friends and I stayed in Joris’s apartment for five days and it was perfect. The apartment has everything you need, including extra towels and even vanity tables if needed. It was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We felt safe, as it is in a gated community, and the check-in instructions were very easy to follow.

The shared pool was lovely. You do pay for sun loungers, but they’re only €3 per person, and with this apartment’s outdoor space we could come and go whenever we liked.

The location is perfect, a short walk from the beach, local supermarkets and shops. The clubs are within walking distance too, yet the apartment is far enough away that you’re not disturbed by noise at night. All in all a great stay and I’ll definitely be back!

This apartment was beautiful and perfect. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and was perfectly located between Las Américas and Los Cristianos, just a minute’s walk from the seafront.

We would definitely come back.

Three friends and I stayed at Joris’s place for a week and loved every minute. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has a sunny outdoor area, so it’s really great for sunbathing. The location is perfect and there is plenty to do nearby. Joris replies quickly when you text him, which is also very handy!

An absolutely excellent apartment in a top location. We were impressed by the quality and comfort of the apartment: everything from the furnishings to the showers and appliances was first class. Communication before arrival was excellent and we were met for check-in.

There were plenty of extras that made all the difference: a Sonos speaker, a shopping trolley and bags, plus washing up liquid, sponges and the kind of things you don’t really want to buy for just one week.

The complex was stylish, although we didn’t sunbathe at the pool as often as we normally would, purely because the apartment’s terrace was so comfortable, with sun all day and two lovely loungers. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment again. Thank you for a lovely week.

Apartment renovated to a high standard, with quality furniture and appliances. The showers were very powerful with plenty of hot water, and the softest towels we’ve had in Tenerife!

Excellent location for bars, restaurants, shops and the main promenade. Friendly staff, and the snack bar by the pool made for an excellent breakfast.

Wow, this place was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and literally a minute from the surf school. The apartment is beautifully equipped and we had everything we needed. It’s a gorgeous place, very clean, and the interior is truly stunning.

It’s also very close to town and the centre of everything. Great restaurants, the beach and all the action are just a few minutes away.

I can only recommend it! We haven’t stayed somewhere this lovely, in such a great location, in a long time. Our rating is definitely 20/10, because 10/10 just isn’t enough. Thank you so much, we’ll be back!
